IPAPA Paint-In at the IMA
A year ago at my first Indiana Plein Air Painters Association (“IPAPA”) board meeting, as the newest board member, they gave me the task of organizing the first ever Paint-In at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. As a general policy, the IMA did not allow artists to come paint inside their museum. This has taken months of planning, but for the first time in recent history, we have a small group of painters creating master copies in their gallery spaces. I’m mega pumped that IPAPA & Newfields were able to make this happen!
