A Labor of Love
About a month ago Redwall, an Indianapolis based branding & marketing firm, reached out to me for help on a project they were working on for their client, Indy Partnership. They were charged with creating an all new trade show booth with a video component & branded marketing materials to match. I was extremely honored & excited to be invited in on this project & after a few meetings & many phone conversations we decided I would create a painting that would scanned, enlarged, and used as the back drop of the booth. Further, I would time lapse the process of creating the piece and the video would be integrated into the video aspect of the booth. I finished the painting a few weeks ago & have had awesome feedback from both Redwall & the Partnership and am looking forward to seeing the final booth display & video. A huge thank you to both Redwall & Indy Partnership for including me on this project & thank you to the Harrison Center for the Arts for letting paint in their gym all weekend. Finally Redwall has also wrote about this project on their blog, in fact, I liked the title of their article so much I stole it (for consistency purposes of course).
