Painting Live at the 2022 Indy 500

Once again I was lucky enough to be painting live during the Indianapolis 500. This has become my absolute favorite day of painting all year! It is super long day, but the energy of 300,000 fans makes it all worth it. This year was a fun race with Marcus Ericsson winning. I ended up doing two sunrise paintings as I bailed about 30 minutes into my first attempt and over the course of the day I started liking it so I ended up finishing it before I left.
